Each member may operate only one account. Opening more than one account in the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified for the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

2.3 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details secure. Sharing your password with anyone, reusing the same password, or allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited. You are responsible for all transactions carried out from your account.

2.4 Identity Verification

ck33 3 may request identity verification from a member at any time. Verification may be required before processing a withdrawal request or when large transactions occur on an account. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

Providing a false age during registration is a serious violation. In such cases the account will be closed immediately and all funds held in the account may be forfeited. ck33 3 may request proof of age at any time.

ck33 3 takes the utmost care to keep minors away from gambling. If a member allows their minor child or any other underage family member to use their account, that account will be closed.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount at ck33 3 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Funds sent through any other method will not be accepted, and ck33 3 takes no responsibility in such cases.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Members may withdraw via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Funds Verification

Before approving a withdrawal request, ck33 3 confirms whether the relevant funds have met the wagering requirements of any active bonus. Funds tied to a bonus whose wagering requirements have not been met cannot be withdrawn.

4.4 Transaction Verification

ck33 3 reserves the right to place a withdrawal request on hold in cases of suspicious transactions or unusual betting patterns. In such cases, the member may be asked to provide the necessary information.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the balance ৳3,000; before withdrawing, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

5.2 Other Promotions

Various promotions are available under specific terms, including a weekly reload bonus, slots festival bonus, referral rewards and a birthday bonus. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to claim bonus offers, providing false information, or systematically attempting to collect bonuses is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.

6.1 General Betting Rules

A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is settled incorrectly due to a technical error, ck33 3 reserves the right to reassess that bet. ck33 3 is not responsible for any bet that is voided due to loss of internet connection or a device fault.

6.2 Sports Betting

ck33 3's set odds apply when betting on cricket, football and other sports. Settlement rules for abandoned or postponed matches may vary depending on the sport. Specific game rules apply for betting on tournaments such as BPL, IPL or the T20 World Cup.

6.3 Casino and Slots

Casino game and slot results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is set according to the game provider's data and applies over the long term; this rate is not guaranteed in every session.

6.4 Technical Errors

ck33 3 reserves the right to cancel any abnormal or unusually large prize resulting from a software error or server issue. In such circumstances, no claim for remedy by the member will apply.

7.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request the closure of their own account. Any pending withdrawals must be settled before the request is processed. Options for a temporary break or self-exclusion are also available under the responsible gaming policy.

7.2 Closure by ck33 3

ck33 3 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these rules
• Providing false or misleading information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Being identified as a minor
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification
